5 Things Your Website Needs Before You Launch It.
We've fixed enough of these after the fact to know they should come first.
1. Make it easy to reach you
Sounds obvious, but it's the #1 thing people forget. If someone lands on your site and can't find a phone number, WhatsApp link, or contact form within a few seconds, they're gone. Don't bury it on some "Contact" page nobody clicks, instead put it in the header, put it in the footer, make it impossible to miss.
2. Check it on your phone first
Not your laptop. Your phone. Most of your visitors are on one, especially here in Pakistan. Pull up your site right now on your phone and see if the buttons are actually tappable and the text isn't spilling off the edge. If it's awkward for you, it's awkward for them.
3. Get the padlock (SSL)
This one's non-negotiable now. Browsers straight up warn people when a site isn't secure, and nobody's typing in their number or placing an order on a site that looks sketchy to Chrome.
4. Don't make people wait
Every second your site takes to load, you're losing someone. It doesn't need fancy animations instead it needs to open fast. Compressed images and clean hosting do more for you than a flashy hero section ever will.
5. Tell them what to do next
This is the one people skip most. You've got their attention for maybe ten seconds, so what do you want them to do? Call you? Message on WhatsApp? Check pricing? If that's not obvious the moment they land, they'll just leave without doing anything at all.
Get these five sorted and your site's actually ready for real people, not just ready to look at.
